• Motorized Levelling Automation (MLA) is for M/c Builders to save time in levelling of Equipment during Assembly of the Equipment
  • Process :
    • Equipment is supported by the MLA Units as per the design requirement.
    • The Equipment is first levelled at three or more designated points using Servo Motor driven Wedge based Levelling Devices. These are actuated by the Technician based on the Spirit Level readings.
    • Optionally, on completion of levelling, Servo Motor driven Support Jacks can be provided which support the base at designated locations. These Jacks move up to touch the Equipment without disturbing the levelling achieved initially
  • Technicians focus on interpreting Spirit Level Readings and deciding actuation sequence rather than physically actuating the levelling devices (screw, wedge …)
  • Levelling Time can be typically completed in few minutes by 1 Technician ….
  • Units are customized for no of Levelling Units (Typically 3 or 4), Support Units,  Unit height (95 mm & above) & Stroke (Typical 20mm) & any other features. Contact us
