- Started Machining of Aerospace Parts & General Engineering Parts in 1996
- Taken over and made part of KGK Group in 2014 to provide a manufacturing base
- Portfolio extended from Aerospace parts to include assemblies for Commercial Vehicle & Machine Tools
- Machining, Assembly are main Inhouse activities. Special processes are outsourced

2018
- TISS-KGK is the leading supplier of Fuel Security Devices to prevent theft of Fuel from Commercial Vehicles in India since 2018
- This is a 50-50 JV between KGK Engineering & TISS Ltd of UK (a global leader in Fuel Security devices)
- Products for the Indian market were first developed & integrated in OE production in KGK before the JV was formed in 2018
- TISS-KGK is OE fitted on Tata Motors, Eicher, Mahindra & Ashok Leyland
- Aftermarket presence is thru an exclusive tie up with Gro Digital (subsidiary of Hinduja group)
